Marc shares the challenges he bumps against in the business world as a man who leads in a cooperative way rather than in the cutthroat style that can often be idealized. He also adds a new texture to the conversation as he shares his experiences of traversing masculinity, not only in himself, but also in raising his son. Marc offers an important perspective as he navigates the delicacies of raising a teenage boy in a culture where many dominant conversations are about power (i.e. privilege, race, consent, LGBTQ, etc.).
